Throughout this session kids will explore mindfulness and meditation techniques that cultivate their social and emotional well-being.
The 6-week session covers
Introduction to mindfulness
Introduction to mindful bodies, breathing, listening & seeing
How your brain works and reacts when big emotions take hold
Worry and anger release techniques
How to avoid negative self talk & the power of positivity
Benefits of kindness and gratitude
Cooperative mindful games and activities
The class is perfect for beginners! Repeat students are welcome as well. Classes are intentionally kept small (maximum of 6) to allow a quality experience.
Parent Manual & access to Inner Peace Parents website is included in this session as well. This is were we take learning to another level by providing details of what your child is learning about in class and how to apply it at home.
